The first page you see when they login to Marqui is your personal workflow dashboard. The dashboard gives you a summary of pending tasks, pages and campaigns that require your attention.

Flexible Workflow Process

Marqui makes it simple to tailor your workflow process to match your organization. Different users, groups and even website sections can have their own review, approval and publishing processes.

Task Management

When you need input from somebody else in your organization your can use Marqui's workflow interface to assign and track tasks to ensure your process keeps moving.

Red-Line Content

When you need to approve or edit content, Marqui lets you red-line your alternations or highlight differences between versions of a page.

Send Approval / Rejection Comments

Email Notifications

For users that don't login to Marqui regularly you can keep your workflow process moving with email notifications. Marqui will automatically send email notifications to users notifying them that they need to approve content, have been assigned a task, or simply letting them know about changes that are occurring.

You don't need to leave the Workflow and Approvals process to make quick edits or preview a page exactly as it will appear when published to your live site.
