Inside Sales Representative
As an inside sales representative at Marqui, you will be the first line of contact for our leads and prospects. Responding to inbound telephone and web inquiries, you will kick-start the sales cycle by identifying and qualifying opportunities for Marqui’s products and services. Through qualification, you will secure commitment to further evaluation of Marqui’s offerings.

Primary Responsibilities
• Contacting and qualifying leads and prospects
• Setting appointments and providing information about Marqui products and services
• Track all related activities in CRM system
• Present the Marqui value proposition clearly and confidently
• Build rapport at all levels at prospective target companies
• Work closely with the marketing team to stay aligned on lead generation processes


Key Skills/Attributes
• Articulate and compelling verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges  and handle objections
• Strong customer relationship development skills
• Experience in a software sales team
• Solid understand of the marketing function in modern businesses
• Good teamwork/team player
• Open and outgoing personality with a tendency to be resilient and tenacious


Qualifications

• 2+ years successful sales track record in which the candidate met or exceeded quota—measured in calls/day, appointments/week, qualification of opportunities, etc
• Technology savvy and some experience of web-based application desirable
• Process and task oriented, with experience using a SFA or CRM tool, ideally salesforce.com
• Ultimate desire to advance to sales executive role in selling software is preferred
• Undergraduate degree or diploma
